Assist in managing commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Track project budgets, contracts, change orders, and purchase orders. Support scheduling efforts and monitor project milestones. Review RFIs, submittals, and project documentation. Participate in client, architect, and subcontractor meetings. Help maintain project reporting and communication between field and office teams. Assist with project closeout and turnover procedures.

The successful applicant will have 2+ years of construction experience in a APM with prior experience working with a GC. Experience with ground-up and/or renovation commercial projects. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office. Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
