    Brightree Implementation Director

    Our Client is seeking a highly experienced Brightree Implementation Specialist/ Director to lead a large-scale implementation of the Brightree platform. This individual will be a hands-on project leader with deep, real-world experience using Brightree within a live healthcare/DME environment.

    This role is critical as the organization enters deep testing for a migration project. Location is flexible (SoCal near Los Angeles is ideal; however, our client is open to candidates who reside in PST, MST, CST, so long as the candidate can travel to HQ two weeks per month.)

    This will be a full-time/ direct hire position, even after implementation is complete. 

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end Brightree implementation and testing phases.

    • Serve as internal SME on Brightree workflows, configuration, and system optimization.

    • Oversee and execute detailed data mapping across patient records, payer tables, and product tables.
    • Ensure accurate field-to-field alignment (e.g., patient fields, payer codes, product mappings).
    • Partner with internal data teams managing AWS-stored data prior to migration into Brightree's cloud environment.
    • Support UAT, troubleshooting, and post-go-live stabilization.

    Note: This role is hands-on with system configuration and mapping logic but does not require heavy coding or direct SQL data migration.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of direct Brightree experience within a company actively using the platform.
    • Proven experience leading multiple full-cycle Brightree implementations.

    • Strong understanding of data mapping, payer logic, and patient record configuration.
    • Experience in healthcare, DME, or related.
    • Ability to travel to HQ two weeks per month if not local to Los Angeles.

    Compensation

    • Salary: $120K-$195K/yr DOE
