Bridge Project Manager

Location: Allentown, PA (On-site)

Compensation: Approximately $131,000 - $170,000 base salary (depending on experience), plus bonus eligibility

Employment: Full-time, permanent (direct hire) at a 100% employee-owned (ESOP) firm

A growing, employee-owned civil and transportation engineering firm is hiring a Bridge Project Manager to lead a team of engineers and deliver bridge and structural projects from concept through completion.

What You'll Own

- Manage bridge and structural projects to scope, schedule, and budget

- Guide planning, define scope, and develop project management and quality management plans

- Create and maintain schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and manage subconsultants

- Prepare progress reports, review invoices, and communicate status to stakeholders

- Lead project status presentations and support proposals and Go/No-Go decisions

- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and mentor the project team

What You'll Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (or a related field) from an ABET-accredited program

- 10+ years of engineering and project management experience

- Strong project management skills across scope, schedule, budget, and risk

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Nice to Have

- Professional Engineer (PE) license or applicable certification (preferred, not required)

- Experience with county and state clients (such as DOTs and local agencies)

- Experience with multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3)

- Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams
