Bridge Inspection Team Leader

Implement QA/QC processes to maintain project quality, including thorough review of field data, design and project evaluation reports, prioritization, and optimization of work programs as well as specifications in compliance with NJDOT and County requirements.

Responsibilities:
Bridge Inspection Team Leader.
Preparation of Bridge Inspection and Load Rating Reports.
This position is a full-time for our Princeton, NJ, location.
Salary Range:
Compensation commensurate with Qualifications and Experience.
The projected range for this position is $115,000 - $140,000 annually.

Bridge Inspection Team Leader
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required in Civil Engineering.
PE license in the state of NJ or NY is preferred or able to obtain within 12 months.
Up to date NHI 130055, 130053, 130078 & 130092 Certification required.
Prior Experience with NBIS Bridge Inspection and Load Ratings in the Tristate Area.
Good communication skills.
Be proficient with AutoCAD and MicroStation.
Experience in Load Rating Software: LARS, AASHTOWARE, BXLRFD.
Familiarity with STAAD and CANDE is beneficial.
Capable of collaborating with a team of junior engineers.
Familiarity with Bridge Inspection and Load Rating manuals such as AASHTO Bridge Inspection reference manual, Manual Bridge Evaluation, NJDOT Bridge Design Manual and FHWA SNBI Specification.
Implement QA/QC processes to maintain project quality, including thorough review of field data, design and project evaluation reports, prioritization, and optimization of work programs as well as specifications in compliance with NJDOT and County requirements.
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience involving NBIS Bridge Inspection and Load Ratings.
