What You Will Do  

• Design and analyze bridges and prepare plans, calculations, and specifications to AASHTO and INDOT standards.  

• Manage tasks to budget and schedule; support scopes, fees, and Letter-of-Interest proposals.  

• Mentor junior engineers and review their work for quality and client requirements.  

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and present at project meetings.  

Required Qualifications  

• Bachelor’s degree in civil or structural engineering.  

• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Indiana.  

• 4+ years of engineering or technical experience.  

• Experience with INDOT standards, specifications, and deliverables for federally funded projects.  

• Bridge project experience for local municipalities and counties.  

• Bridge design software experience (LEAP Concrete, MDX, Midas, or AASHTOWare).  

Preferred Experience  

• Master’s degree in structural engineering.  

• MicroStation or other CADD proficiency.  

• Bridge inspection experience or interest.  

Location and Travel  

Indiana-based, with occasional client meetings and construction site visits. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.  

Pay  

$80,000 to $90,000 per year.
