Cellar Filters and transfers beer into brite tanks Performs filter module changing/cleaning/maintenance tasks Harvests, pitches, preps yeast Performs fermenter and brite tank CIPs/SIPs Fermenter and Brite tank additions Taps, stores, racks casks with breather
Facilities and Equipment Collects weak wort Performs wastewater ph adjustment and discharge Diverts solids to side stream tank Operates centrifuge All other maintenance and facilities tasks as assigned
Other Responsibilities Monitors and contributes to Basecamp and shared logs on Google Drive Contributes to SOP improvement Participates in meetings as necessary All other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications 1+ years of brewing, distilling, or cider/wine making experience in a production facility Brewing education may be considered in lieu of some experience Coconino County Food Handler’s Card Forklift Operator’s Certificate
