Responsible for representing Koch Foods relationships with contracted growers.
Oversee breeder farms and grower relationships.
Monitor house conditions and bird welfare.
Provide technical assistance and recommend improvements on conditions, performance, and cost reductions.
Ensure grower is prepared to receive pullets on schedule.
Ensure grower is in compliance with Company standards for lighting, ventilation and temperature.
Establish proper feed and water programs, maintaining proper bird weight.
Manage egg pick up, packing and storage.
Communicate with growers, ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Manage production and performance of breeder hens, ensuring high standard of egg production and hatchability.
All other relevant duties as required.
