What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station before, during, and after service.
- Ensure food is cooked consistently, portioned correctly, and presented with care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and Expo during service.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or equipment issues.
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department guidelines.
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen responsibilities as needed.
Who We're Looking For
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Reliable, positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Previous line cook or kitchen experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
- Ability to stand, squat, reach, walk for extended periods of time, and lift up to 50 pounds.
