Breakfast Cook - Homewood Suites

Introduction:

We are seeking reliable and hardworking Breakfast Staff to join our team and assist with the daily operation of our Buffet Service. The Breakfast Staff will be responsible for preparing and cooking food, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and assisting the hotel guests with various tasks as needed. The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food according to restaurant standards and recipes

• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including adhering to cleaning schedules and safety protocols

• Assist the F&B manager with various tasks as needed, including inventory management and food prep

• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service role is preferred but not needed

• Strong teamwork skills

• Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload

• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds)

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
