Description
Responsibilities Include:
Provide courteous guest service by responding promptly and efficiently to inquiries, requests, and complaints
Communicate with Front Desk Clerks on any complaints, requests, or concerns
Maintain the breakfast bar area in a clean and fully stocked manner
After breakfast has ended, the breakfast bar and lounge areas are to be fully cleaned including vacuuming and dusting
Handle ordering/purchasing of breakfast bar food and items upon completion of an accurate inventory
Maintain the cleanliness of other main floor areas such as the pool/spa, fitness center, and public restrooms.
