Position Overview
Red Roof PLUS+ Inn Miami Airport is looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-service-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Breakfast Attendant.
This position is responsible for preparing and distributing our complimentary breakfast bags to hotel guests. The shift begins at 5:00 AM with breakfast preparation and setup. Once guests begin arriving, the employee will assist guests at the front desk by distributing breakfast bags and providing friendly customer service.
The selected candidate will also be trained to learn and operate our hotel front desk system.
Job Responsibilities
- Arrive at 5:00 AM to prepare and organize breakfast bags.
- Set up the breakfast area and ensure everything is ready for guests.
- Distribute breakfast bags to guests at the front desk.
- Greet guests and provide friendly, professional customer service.
- Assist guests with basic questions and requests.
- Learn and operate the hotel's front desk computer system.
- Follow hotel procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Assist the front desk team with basic duties as needed.
Requirements
- Must be fluent in both English and Spanish.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Comfortable interacting with hotel guests.
- Friendly attitude and good communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn the front desk system.
- Must be able to work an early morning shift starting at 5:00 AM.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
Compensation
$16.00 per hour
