Responsibilities:

Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
Scale recipes for bread dough
Mix bread dough to be shaped
Follow existing recipes
Maintain cleanliness

Qualifications/Skills

1+ years baking experience
Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Basic Computer skills

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
Manual dexterity for handling delicate baked items and equipment.

Work Environment:

Work is performed in a kitchen environment with exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards.
Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required.
