Brazing/Heat Treat Operator 2nd Shift

Pay: $19.50/hour
Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday Thursday | 3: 30 PM 2: 00 AM

What You'll Do
Operate brazing and heat treat equipment
Assemble small metal components for production
Load parts onto conveyor systems that move through industrial ovens
Perform general production and assembly duties
Cross-train in both the Brazing and Heat Treat departments
Maintain quality standards while working safely in a manufacturing environment
Keep your work area clean and organized
What We're Looking For
Excellent attendance and reliability
Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment
Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity for assembling small parts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Steel-toed boots required
Training Schedule
Training takes place on 1st Shift for approximately two weeks:
Monday Friday | 7: 00 AM 3: 30/4: 00 PM
After training, you'll move to the regular 2nd Shift schedule.
