Brandermill Animal Hospital is seeking a Full Time Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our team!
We are searching for a candidate with strong client education and patient care skills who thrives in a fast-paced team environment. The primary responsibility of an LVT at Brandermill Animal Hospital is to advocate for our patients and work together with our clients to help them take excellent care of their pets. The ideal candidate is skilled in relationship building and demonstrates empathy when communicating in person and over the phone. As a representative of our hospital, an LVT must prioritize courtesy, compassion, and a positive attitude in all interactions with clients, patients, and coworkers.

Requirements:
An active Virginia LVT license is required. Experience with Idexx Cornerstone is a plus. Responsibilities include client education, animal handling, patient treatments, medical record management, lab sampling and processing, prescription filling and invoicing, and surgical assisting and anesthesia monitoring.
