Frontline Warehouse Supervisor

The Frontline Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team of warehouse associates to ensure safe, efficient, and accurate handling of inventory. This role monitors workflow, assigns tasks, maintains productivity standards, and ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations. The supervisor coordinates receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping activities while addressing operational issues and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support warehouse team members during daily operations.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety performance.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper documentation.
• Train, coach, and develop warehouse employees.
• Enforce safety procedures and company policies.
• Resolve operational issues and communicate updates to management.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Previous warehouse and supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift/move materials as required.
