At Mid-Ohio Food Collective, our mission is to end hunger one nourishing meal at a time while co-creating communities where everyone thrives. We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager who will cultivate and manage strategic relationships between the Mid-Ohio Food Collective (MOFC) and external brands, organizations, influencers, and high-profile personalities to advance our mission and expand community impact.
This role identifies and secures partnership opportunities that create mutual value, negotiates collaboration agreements, and develops innovative marketing and engagement strategies aligned with organizational goals. Responsibilities include overseeing the execution of partnership initiatives, monitoring performance and outcomes, and fostering long-term relationships that drive awareness, support, and advocacy for MOFC. Strong face to face communication, negotiation, and marketing skills are essential for success in this field.
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred; or equivalent work experience. Must have a valid Driver's License.
Experience: 5 years in hospitality, relationship management, or a related field;Proven expertise in brand management, external partnership development, and internal cross-functional collaboration, and knowledge of the blogging ecosystem relevant to nonprofits.
Skills:Strong task and time management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities. Proficiency with creative processes, brand strategy, market analysis, and data-driven decision making.
