    Description

    About This Opportunity

Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.

    What you'll do

You'll be the hands-on brand partner for a home entertainment portfolio (TVs, audio, memory, and monitors), making sure every launch and campaign asset carries the right positioning, messaging, and brand standards before it reaches consumers. You'll report to the Senior Manager of Brand Marketing Communications and work day to day with the go-to-market (GTM) and paid media teams. You'll own toolkit development, localization coordination, legal review tracking, and quality assurance (QA) across the portfolio.

    Product messaging
    • Write and refine consumer-facing copy (headlines, feature callouts, and product descriptions) for home entertainment launches and campaigns, following the positioning frameworks and messaging architecture set by the Senior Manager
    • Partner with the GTM team to confirm messaging lines up with go-to-market strategy, launch timing, and channel-specific requirements
    • Maintain a master messaging document for each product line, tracking approved copy, claim status, and version history as the shared source of truth
    Brand guidelines
    • Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all home entertainment creative assets as the integrated marketing team's day-to-day brand steward
    • Review creative from internal teams and agency partners against global brand standards and category-specific guidance; flag inconsistencies and see revisions through to resolution
    • Help the Senior Manager roll out brand guideline updates to the right teams and document category-specific brand rules
    Localization
    • Run day-to-day localization workflows for marketing assets, coordinating with translation vendors, regional teams, and the integrated marketing team for on-time, accurate delivery
    • Review localized assets against source files so messaging intent, visual standards, and brand voice hold up in every market and language
    • Keep organized records of localization scope, status, and approvals across all active launches and campaigns
    Toolkits, legal review, and QA
    • Apply creative best practices to briefs, creative reviews, and production feedback, and keep the best practices library current with lessons from campaign performance and platform updates
    • Help build and manage launch and campaign toolkits so every asset is brand-aligned, messaging-approved, version-controlled, and complete before distribution
    • Coordinate day-to-day legal review: track submissions, make sure approved language appears correctly in final deliverables, and flag claims that need re-review
    • Run thorough QA checks on all asset types before publication or distribution

    What you'll bring

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field
    • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, content strategy, creative operations, or integrated marketing
    • Copywriting and messaging skills, with a track record of turning product features into brand-consistent, consumer-relevant content
    • Hands-on experience applying and upholding visual and verbal brand standards across multiple asset types
    • Experience coordinating legal review processes and managing compliance documentation for marketing assets
    • Organization and attention to detail to manage multiple concurrent workstreams across product lines and campaigns
