The role is highly strategic not operational, delivery, or program management focused.
Candidates should have strong experience in digital marketing and omni-channel strategy, ideally within the pharmaceutical industry supporting both HCP (physician) and patient campaigns.
Experience with multiple digital media channels (websites, email, CRM/SMS) and optimizing user journeys to drive customer engagement and conversion.
Should be comfortable making recommendations, building stakeholder relationships, and influencing brand teams.
Communication, stakeholder management, and ability to present ideas/strategies are highly valued.
Prioritization skills are important must be able to balance needs across HCP and patient campaigns and multiple brand initiatives.
Agency experience is highly preferred due to the fast-paced, client-service nature (but strong pharma in-house experience is also considered).
Not concerned about title as long as work experience shows hands-on digital strategy leadership.
5 7 years of relevant experience required; educational background is less important than direct experience.
Must be able to work onsite in Wilmington, DE at least 3 days per week (60% in-office policy), but can be flexible for the right candidate and open to 2 days if needed however, full-time conversion would require 3 days in office.
Candidates must be strategic, not just operational or technical; must demonstrate digital expertise relevant to customer engagement strategy (not program management or purely operational backgrounds).
