Brand Manager

Job Overview:

Pay Range: $58hr - $63hr

Requirement/Must Have:

• 6 10+ years in brand management, category leadership, commercial strategy, or commercial marketing.
• Experience with licensed brands or premium/luxury portfolios is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to cross-functional and global organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
• Manage competing priorities effectively with strong multitasking skills.
• Drive results through proactive engagement and information gathering.
• Deliver top-tier talent aligned with brand standards.
• Build Brand Marketing/Strategy and lead forecasting and business planning.
• Influence or own revenue/sales outcomes and interface with external partners.

Skills:

• Advanced Excel and financial acumen, including forecasting and gap analysis.
• Executive-level storytelling using PowerPoint to influence decisions.
• Strategic thinking and business development to identify whitespace across distribution, pricing, and assortment.
• Stakeholder management to engage internal leadership, sales organization, and licensor partners.
• Decision-making based on independent, data-backed analysis.
