Location: Must be willing and able to be based in Saint Helena, CA, working onsite a minimum of 3 days per week

A Taste of What Youll Do

Join a team where brand strategy, consumer insights, and business performance come together to shape the future of the wine category. As a Brand Manager for Louis M. Martini, youll help shape the future of one of Napa Valleys most iconic luxury wine brands. You will lead the development and execution of long-term brand strategies, ensuring alignment with growth and profitability objectives while inspiring cross-functional teams to deliver impactful results.

In this role, you will serve as a strategic leader responsible for brand health, portfolio optimization, and P&L management. Youll identify emerging consumer opportunities, translate insights into actionable plans, and champion innovative marketing programs that strengthen brand relevance and drive business performance. Working across multiple channels, youll guide partners, influence key stakeholders, and ensure marketing investments deliver measurable results.

Youll also play a critical role in developing compelling brand stories, creative platforms, and communications strategies that engage consumers and build advocacy. By leveraging consumer empathy, market trends, and data-driven decision making, youll help shape the future direction of the brand while balancing short-term business needs with long-term growth opportunities.

What Youll Need

• Masters degree plus 5 years of experience to include 2 years of brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors degree plus 7 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience to include brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors degree plus 6 years of Gallo sales, marketing, hospitality, engineering or operations experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR High School diploma or State-issued equivalency certificate plus 11 years of sales, marketing, consulting, or agency experience to include brand management experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Required to travel up to 50% of the time to designated business locations and to support in-market expectations in order to effectively perform essential job responsibilities.
• P&L management experience.
• Capable of influencing and gaining alignment with key stakeholders.
• Ability to effectively manage competing priorities and operate with a sense of urgency.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
• Required to travel to company offices, sites, and/or meeting locations for onboarding, training, meetings, and events for development, department needs, and business delivery up to 5% of the time, with or without reasonable accommodation. This may be in addition to travel requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.
• Required to be 18 years or older. This may be in addition to other age requirements, if applicable, as listed in this job description.

How Youll Stand Out

• Masters of business administration degree plus 7 years of brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility; OR Bachelors Degree in Business Administration with a marketing or finance concentration plus 9 years of brand marketing experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
• Experience leading & developing high-performing teams.
• CPG, Pharmaceutical, or Alcohol beverage industry experience.
• Solid understanding of 3-tier distribution system.
• Brand strategy & positioning experience.
• On-premise marketing experience.

The Fine Print

• The Company does not sponsor for employment-based visas for this position now or in the future.
• We offer a broad salary range to allow for long-term growth. Actual compensation paid within the range will be determined by multiple factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed between the entry point and middle of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. In addition to the salary, this position may be eligible for bonuses, incentive plans, or participate in tasting room tip pools, as applicable.
• This position will be based in the location(s) specified in the job posting with an option for occasional telecommuting. You will be expected to live within a commutable distance.
