Brand Integration Project Coordinator
Hours: 8am-5pm

Contract Role
Pay: $36.00-$40.00
This 4–6-month contract role, with possible extension, coordinates branding, marketing, communications, and integration activities for acquired companies. The coordinator maintains project plans, tracks milestones and dependencies, supports implementation, and keeps cross-functional teams aligned.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Organize outstanding branding and integration tasks across four acquired entities.
- Maintain a consolidated project plan with owners, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Track progress, identify risks or blockers, and provide status updates to integration leadership.
- Coordinate marketing, creative, legal, integration, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Support brand asset updates, style guide rollout, website and domain transfers, and legacy asset archiving.
- Coordinate M&A communications for employees, partners, vendors, and customers.
- Maintain a unified events and trade show calendar for acquired companies.
- Follow up on action items and communicate impacts to timelines or deliverables.
- Assist with additional integration and business optimization projects as assigned.
Job Competencies, Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, project management, or a related field; equivalent experience considered.
- 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, brand/creative traffic, business operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar work management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams with strong organization, prioritization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions and organizational levels.
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgment, and proactively resolve issues.
- Experience with websites, domains, and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and YouTube.
Preferred
- Experience with M&A integration, organizational transitions, or business transformation.
- Experience with brand consolidation, rebranding, agency management, or rollout projects.
- Experience coordinating website migrations, domain transfers, marketing assets, events, trade shows, or corporate calendars.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, vendors, agencies, and service providers.
Environment and Normal Working Conditions
On-site, standard hours are generally 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with occasional work outside normal business hours.
