    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Brand Image Manager is responsible for developing and managing the creative process of the Ralph Lauren brand across wholesale markets, ensuring the visual aesthetic and customer experience are consistently elevated.

    This role partners closely with the NYC-based Brand Image team to translate global creative direction into market-specific execution, providing hands-on leadership across installations, store environments, and activations. The Manager oversees creative implementation across all FOBs and accounts within their designated territory, maintaining brand integrity while adapting to the needs of each location.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage the installation of all interior and window changeovers, including production of any interior sets, on-site prop handling prop placement and rigging.
    • Identify and develop unique design specifications by door in keeping with established seasonal themes.
    • Ensure that store interior sets are maintained daily, including repositioning mannequins, re-propping, re-merchandising, and sourcing alternative products for interior presentations.
    • Oversee the sourcing, procurement, and execution of all creative elements for installations (e.g., wallpaper, paint, rugs, fabrics, lighting, and props)
    • Research, identify and utilize multiple vendors and resources for props and decorative elements.
    • Manage and train a team of coordinators; recruit freelance staff when needed.
    • Conduct daily walkthrough of locations, identifying opportunities to improve and maintain the overall aesthetic and creative appearance of the site, including the overall tidiness of each store.
    • Plan and prepare upcoming installations or floor change in alignment with the rolling creative calendar
    • Manage checkbooks and ensure that all installations stay on budget.
    • Partner cross-functionally with Brand Image, Retail Development, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment on priorities and execution
    • Maintain a current understanding of marketing, showrooms, delivery schedules and installation timelines using SharePoint for the Brand Image and Retail Development sites.
    • Collaborate with peer managers to support broader business needs, including projects outside of standard maintenance cycles or territory

    EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

    • Preferred experience in visual presentation and apparel styling (rigging); experience in a luxury retail and wholesale environment.
    • Strong time management and organizational skill set which enables managing and engaging the team.
    • Ability to manage and travel to multiple store locations.
    • Ability to conduct installations outside of standard working hours (including evenings after 9 PM, early mornings, and weekends).
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with supervisors, direct reports and peers.
    • General computer proficiency including Word, Excel and Outlook.
    • Passion for and strong understanding of the Ralph Lauren brand and aesthetic
