Brand Designer

About the Role

Join a small design team at a fintech company preparing for a public launch. You will shape the brand across marketing and product, partnering with growth, design, and engineering to deliver thoughtful work quickly.

What You'll Do

• Define the visual and verbal direction of the brand and help maintain consistency across channels.
• Design and build the website, landing pages, and launch materials in partnership with growth marketing.
• Collaborate with the design engineer on brand and marketing work, offering clear feedback and pushing ideas forward.
• Contribute product design updates alongside engineers and ship improvements to customers quickly.
• Work across product, engineering, and go-to-market teams, reporting to the founder.

What We're Looking For

• Three to six years of experience in brand, product, or marketing design, with experience delivering both product and brand or marketing work.
• A portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment, brand work, marketing design, and product or system design.
• Ability to implement designs independently using HTML, CSS, and TypeScript; experience with SvelteKit is helpful.
• Experience with Figma and a track record of working to high design standards in fast-moving environments.
• Strong design perspective and the ability to critique existing work constructively.
• Fintech or fintech-adjacent experience is beneficial.
• Valid US work authorization or eligibility for an H-1B transfer, TN, or O-1 with more than two years remaining.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $300,000 to $350,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
