As our Brand Designer and Corporate Photographer, you will play a vital role in visually telling our story, helping people, pets, and the planet thrive. You will capture compelling imagery of our people, culture, workplace, and impact events, empowering our global teams, leadership, and partners to share achievements, foster belonging, and show intentional care that CP People practice everyday.

You will also leverage your collaborative working style, innovative thinking and technical design expertise to help drive engagement and growth for the Colgate-Palmolive company through the creation of premium design assets across our channels. An expert storyteller, you start with the objective and are determined to seek flawless execution; you know the tremendous impact creative can have on individuals to open hearts and change minds.

What you'll do:

  • Cross-Functional Brand Alignment: Partner across divisions and with leadership to support visual needs, ensuring all content strictly upholds Colgate-Palmolive's brand narrative, visual standards, tone, and compliance guidelines (including GDPR and legal usage rights).
  • AI-Driven Multimedia Communication: Drive brand innovation using an AI-first mindset to optimize workflows, create efficient design templates, and propose new content series for internal and external channels (Web, Intranet, Social).
  • End-to-End Photography & Visual Storytelling: Capture, light, and direct high-quality professional imagery-ranging from studio portraits and executive events to candid cultural moments-that reflects corporate optimism, innovation, and purpose.
  • Comprehensive Digital Asset Management (DAM): Overhaul legacy DAM challenges by organizing physical and digital archives, maintaining rigorous metadata standards, and implementing strict file-naming conventions for global accessibility.
  • Advanced Editing & Post-Production: Format, retouch, and color-correct visual assets using current industry best practices, optimizing them for diverse platforms including social media, web, newsletters, and executive presentations.
  • Executive Visibility & Social Trend Integration: Elevate executive thought leadership and brand engagement on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok by proactively deploying modern visual trends, pattern interrupts, and platform-specific storytelling.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of professional photography experience; corporate or event photography preferred, editorial/brand/lifestyle experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in digital photography, lighting, and composition-portfolio required.
  • Advanced knowledge of editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Lightroom).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with image asset management, file naming structures, metadata, and archiving systems.
  • Awareness of accessibility, consent, and privacy best practices in image use and distribution.
  • Ability to translate leadership vision and brand values into authentic, impactful visual content.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable working with executives, diverse teams, and community stakeholders
  • Knowledge of current social media platforms and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, Tiktok) as they relate to corporate image and engagement.
  • Desired qualities: Diplomatic, responsive, organized, and solutions-focused in communications and in person demonstrating a positive, inclusive mindset.

Compensation and Benefits

Salary Range $76,800.00 - $96,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit-sharing, and long-term incentives for Executive-level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
