Jordan's is looking for a Brand Copywriter to shape and protect our voice across every place customers meet the brand. As the creative lead for writing, you'll develop the ideas and messaging behind campaigns, establish the direction that guides all channel-level copy, and ensure Jordan's voice remains clear, consistent, and recognizable from concept through execution. Originate the central idea, campaign message, and creative direction behind marketing campaigns, translating business strategy and merchandising priorities into compelling customer-facing concepts.Write campaign concepts, headlines, brand messaging, romance copy, long-form content, and other high-impact creative work that carries the greatest strategic importance.Protect and maintain Jordan's brand voice across every customer touchpoint, ensuring consistency from television, radio, print, direct mail, and social media to email, digital experiences, and in-store collateral.Manage the copy team on a day-to-day basis, providing direction, coaching, editing, and feedback to ensure work meets brand standards and creative objectives.Review and approve copy across all channels before publication, serving as the final quality and brand voice checkpoint.Partner with Brand Designers, Art Directors, and Marketing leaders to ensure writing and visual design work together to tell one cohesive story.Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Media, E-Commerce, and Merchandising teams to translate promotions, products, services, and customer insights into engaging brand communication.Develop, maintain, and document brand voice standards, writing guidelines, naming conventions, and copy best practices for internal and external creative partners.Serve as a steward of the Jordan's brand, ensuring every customer-facing message reflects the company's voice, personality, and values.Evaluate and thoughtfully leverage AI and other modern tools to improve workflow efficiency while maintaining creative quality and brand integrity.Perform other functions or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

You have 7 or more years of copywriting, brand writing, or creative writing experience, either in-house or at an agency.Your portfolio demonstrates strong conceptual thinking, campaign development, and a distinctive point of view.You have experience developing campaign-level creative concepts from strategy through execution.You have experience managing, mentoring, and developing writers while elevating the quality of creative work across a team.You can create compelling work across the full range of copywriting disciplines, including campaign concepts, headlines, long-form content, product copy, promotional messaging, radio, television, social, digital, email, and print.You can define, document, and maintain a brand voice that other writers can successfully apply.You are comfortable working under tight timelines, evolving priorities, and limited direction while creating structure where needed.You have experience partnering closely with designers, art directors, marketers, merchants, and business stakeholders.You have a thoughtful point of view on where AI belongs in the creative process and practical experience using these tools effectively.You bring exceptional attention to detail, organization, and editorial judgment.You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.You can read and communicate effectively in English.
