Job Description

The Brand & Content Marketing Coordinator will support the development and execution of brand and content marketing initiatives for Pluto TV. Reporting to the VP of Brand Marketing, this role helps bring integrated brand and content campaigns to life through campaign planning, cross-functional coordination, creative development support, and operational execution. The coordinator will work closely with partners across Creative, Content/Programming, Media, Social, PR, Consumer Insights, Partnerships, and Production to help ensure brand and content campaigns are organized, informed, and executed successfully. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, curious, and team-focused, with interest in entertainment, streaming, and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Support execution of Pluto TV brand campaigns, content marketing initiatives, and tentpole programs, including seasonal moments and title launches.
  • Assist with campaign planning, timelines, approvals, and deliverables across brand and content workstreams.
  • Coordinate trafficking and distribution of creative assets, materials, and updates across internal teams and agencies.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, workbacks, trackers, and status documents and ensure distribution to stakeholders.
  • Partner with Creative, Content/Programming, Media, Social, PR, Consumer Insights, Partnerships, and Production to support initiatives.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate logistics, capture notes, document action items, and track follow-ups.
  • Maintain clear communication to keep projects organized and on schedule, including domestic and international teams.
  • Manage key documents, calendars, trackers, presentations, and status reports; organize shared resources and archives.
  • Assist in developing presentations, planning documents, executive updates, campaign recaps, and post-campaign analyses.
  • Conduct competitive research, industry analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategies and planning.
  • Assist in gathering campaign performance data and insights to document learnings and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, entertainment, media, advertising, or a related field, including internships and coordinator-level work.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, including PowerPoint, Excel, Google Slides, and Google Sheets.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience supporting brand or content marketing campaigns, with exposure to media execution.
  • Experience within entertainment, streaming, media, advertising, or consumer brands.
  • Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, Asana, or similar.
  • Familiarity with AI tools like Claude and openness to using them to improve efficiency.
  • Interest in the FAST (Free Ad-Supported Streaming TV) space.
