Job DetailsWe are seeking a Brand & Content Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of brand, creative content, and digital marketing initiatives across a growing portfolio of affiliated businesses.
This is a hands-on creative position, not simply a marketing strategy or social media management role.
The ideal candidate must have professional photography and videography experience and be comfortable independently planning, shooting, editing, and producing high-quality visual content.
You will manage social media, websites, brand standards, marketing collateral, and creative projects while ensuring each business maintains its own identity within a cohesive corporate brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Photography, Videography & Content Creation
- Independently capture and produce professional-quality photography and video content
- Operate DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio, and other professional production equipment
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots from concept through final production
- Capture executive interviews, company events, employee features, property projects, and corporate initiatives
- Edit photography and video for websites, social media, presentations, and marketing campaigns
- Develop engaging short-form videos and social-first content
- Maintain an organized library of creative assets
- Travel to company offices, properties, and events as needed to capture content
Brand Management & Digital Marketing
- Maintain consistent brand standards across multiple affiliated businesses
- Help develop visual identities, messaging, and creative materials for growing business units
- Manage organic social media channels and develop content calendars
- Create compelling content highlighting company growth, leadership, transactions, employees, and strategic initiatives
- Write and edit social media posts, website copy, executive communications, and marketing materials
- Ensure each business maintains a distinct identity while supporting the overall corporate brand
Website & Marketing Content
- Manage website content updates across multiple businesses
- Maintain accurate website copy, photography, leadership information, and company announcements
- Coordinate website updates associated with acquisitions, business launches, and company growth
- Develop presentations, brochures, one-pagers, recruiting materials, digital assets, and other marketing collateral
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and outside vendors on creative and digital projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a centralized creative resource supporting multiple business units
- Partner with company leadership to understand marketing priorities and content needs
- Manage multiple projects, brands, and deadlines simultaneously
- Develop repeatable processes for content production, approvals, and asset management
- Help strengthen the organization's overall digital presence and brand awareness
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, brand marketing, photography, videography, or a related field
- Professional photography and videography experience is required
- Strong experience operating professional DSLR or mirrorless cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment
- Ability to independently plan, shoot, edit, and deliver professional-quality photography and video
- Strong video and photo editing capabilities
- Experience producing short-form video content for social media
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud or comparable professional editing software preferred
- Experience managing social media platforms and content calendars
- Experience maintaining and updating website content
- Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple brands while maintaining consistent quality and distinct positioning
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to travel as needed for content production
- Experience in real estate, property management, financial services, or corporate marketing is a plus
- Must be comfortable working 100% onsite in Raleigh, NC
Portfolio Requirement:
A portfolio demonstrating both professional photography and videography is required.
