Position Summary: Miami Marlins Brand Ambassadors are responsible for providing first class customer service to our fans, while providing them with valuable information to assist them in adopting the Ballpark App as their resource for all Marlins content during their experience at loanDepot park. Brand Ambassadors also execute brand activations in the community along with executing promotional events throughout our ballpark. This team requires elite communicators with a passion for representing the brand of the Miami Marlins.
Essential Functions:Duties include, but are not limited to, Game day activities, special events and specific duties include:
Act as Ballpark App adopters, teaching fans how to use the application
Educate and assist fans with using the Ballpark App for all ticketing needs
Greet fans at the gates as they enter the ballpark
Ensure guests are adhering to health and safety protocols
Qualifications & Requirements:
Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Must be knowledgeable with smartphone technology/usage
Must have dependable transportation to all events
Ability to work during nights, weekends and holidays during the season
Must maintain good attendance and punctuality
Results driven, Self-motivated individual with focus on goal achievement
Bilingual. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred
