Bavarian Bierhausis looking for an energetic and enthusiastic brand ambassador to join our team in Nashville, TN. As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be responsible for building brand loyalty by executing marketing programs that connect consumers with the brand. This position is responsible for successful execution of promotional events, brand collabs and influencer drops and many other ways of connecting with the community.

This position is a part-time role.

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

Act as ambassador for the brand by sampling product at key events, guerrilla sampling, product drops, etc
Be on-site on time/early for event activation
Assist in setup and tear down of event site elements
Engage consumers to create excitement and positive experience for consumers
Maintain working knowledge of product in order to be a subject matter expert
Create a "buzz" to gain consumer attention
Deliver timely event recaps

Requirements:

Relevant experience in events, promotions, consumer marketing or community marketing
Adaptable, Friendly & Creative
Must be able to work weekends
Must have Drivers License and access to a reliable vehicle
Confident in engaging with consumers and working in a team environment
Physical activity may be required, e.g., setting up promotional materials, comfortably lift up to 30 lbs and standing for extended periods of time, working in different weather conditions
All final candidates will be asked to complete a background check including driving record, education, employment and criminal records.

Experience:

Customer service: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

Driver's License (Required)

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

What happens when two former Army soldiers discover they both love Bavaria? They open a restaurant together.

Bob spent six years living in various towns in southern Germany, most of that time in Bavaria. Brian deployed to Bavaria multiple times on temporary duty. Both were drawn to the region because of its culture, its food, and especially its Bier.

Both wanted to tell the story of Bavaria in the form of a Bierhall in Bob's hometown of Nashville. Together with eight friends who also loved their Bavarian experiences, they opened the Bavarian Bierhaus in 2017 as an authentic German experience. With more than 500 seats inside, and another 120 in the Biergarten outside, the restaurant mimics the look of a large Munich Bierhall.

The Bavarian Bierhaus is more than a restaurant; it is an experience. We took great care in selecting our decor and uniforms. And we take great care in making sure that our food, music, and Bier is as authentic as possible.
