Empire Home Remodeling is growing fast, and we’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, goal‑focused individuals to join our Event Team. In this role, you’ll engage directly with homeowners, introduce them to our services, and offer free, no‑obligation appointment with our design consultants.
This position is perfect for someone who loves face‑to‑face interaction, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and knows how to build genuine rapport with potential customers.
Essential Functions

• Memorize and confidently deliver approved scripts and statements
• Attend local events to introduce Empire Home Remodeling products to potential and existing customers
• Gather contact information from leads for follow‑up
• Answer questions and overcome objections with confidence and professionalism
• Work a flexible schedule, including early evenings and weekends
• Travel within a regional territory established by Empire Home Remodeling

Qualifications

• Great Communicator: Clear, persuasive, and confident in one‑on‑one conversations
• Driven: Strong work ethic and a self‑starter mentality
• People‑Focused: Outgoing, personable, and able to build rapport quickly
• Team‑Oriented: Thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment

Pay

• $15 - $20 per hour + incentives
• High performers can earn upwards of $50 per hour when hitting incentive goals
