Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour

Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays (6-10 hour shifts)

Job Duties

• Set up and break down merchandise booths, tents, displays, and promotional materials
• Welcome customers and provide outstanding customer service
• Assist shoppers with product selection, sizing, and purchases
• Process credit card, digital, and cash transactions
• Maintain organized merchandise displays and inventory counts
• Complete sales reports and inventory reconciliation after events
• Represent the brand professionally at all times

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Additional customer service, business, or office training is beneficial.

Experience Requirements

• Customer service, retail sales, event staffing, or promotional marketing experience preferred
• Cash handling and point-of-sale experience is a plus
• Youth sports, coaching, or sporting goods experience is beneficial

Physical Capabilities

• Stand and walk for 6-10 hours during events
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Load, unload, and transport merchandise and event equipment

What You Will Do

As a Brand Ambassador/Merchandising Representative you will assist customers by answering questions, resolving concerns, processing requests, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely follow-up. You will communicate professionally across multiple channels while documenting interactions, supporting internal teams, and helping deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, responsive, and courteous service.
