Key Responsibilities

• Oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
• Lead by example with 100% integrity in executing brand systems and procedures
• Maintain a polished appearance and serve as a positive role model for all employees
• Handle fast-paced, high-stress situations with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Organize priorities and manage daily goals independently

Skills and Requirements

• Ability to work 40+ hours per week, including day, night, weekend, holiday, and overtime shifts
• At least 18 years old and able to lift 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat
• Strong communication skills—direct, effective, and energetic both verbally and in writing
• Commitment to Jimmy John’s values and brand standards, with the ability to teach and train others
