Closet Factory is hiring outgoing, friendly individuals to represent our brand inside Costco and Lowe’s locations.
This is a simple, people-focused role where you engage with shoppers and offer free design consultations for custom closets and home organization systems — no closing required.
You’ll primarily work in retail store environments, with occasional opportunities to represent us at home shows and local events.
What You’ll Do
- Greet and engage shoppers in a friendly, natural way
- Start conversations about home organization and storage solutions
- Offer free in-home design consultations
- Collect customer information to schedule appointments
- Represent Closet Factory with professionalism and energy
- Occasionally assist at home shows and local events
