Branch Specialist 5 EC

JThe White Oak office has an opening for a Branch Specialist 5.

Branch Specialist 3

Prepares TripTiks and performs routine auto travel duties. Assists members with hotel and/or car reservations. Identifies cross-sell opportunities. Processes travel money transactions, sells attraction tickets, balances cash drawer. May book cruises and tours. Performs opening and closing activities. Processes notary transactions.

Branch Specialist 4

Performs duties of a Branch Specialist 3, plus assists with daily, weekly and monthly reports. Handles transactions related to DMV license and title and notary services.  Mentors and trains junior employees, assists with timekeeping and scheduling.  Provides direction and resolves routine problems. Assists Branch Manager with administrative functions. 

Branch Specialist 5

Performs duties of a Branch Specialist 3 & 4, plus directs day-to-day activities and resolves problems of moderate complexity in the absence of the Branch Manager.  Handles and resolves DMV problems in manager’s absence.

Requirements:

Branch Specialist 3

Accounting or cash handling experience, plus 3-5 years prior customer service experience. Requires analytical skills and individual judgment. As required, must possess or obtain valid notary license.

Branch Specialist 4

In addition to above, plus 2 years as Branch Specialist 3. Proficiency in computer systems. Ability to coach and direct others; to work independently with minimal supervision.

Branch Specialist 5

In addition to above, plus 2+ years as Branch Specialist 4 required.  Advanced computer literacy.  Ability to operate independently, exercising good judgment and discretion. Willingness and ability to work flexible hours including evening and Saturdays.
