Description

Lead Our Team. Drive Performance. Deliver Excellence.We are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our diesel repair facility. This leadership role is responsible for managing shop operations, supervising technicians and staff, driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.If you have a strong background in diesel repair, shop management, and team leadership, we want to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all day-to-day branch operations, including service, parts, and administrative functions.Lead, coach, and develop technicians, service advisors, and support staff.Ensure efficient workflow, productivity, and quality of repairs.Monitor shop performance, profitability, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.Oversee hiring, scheduling, performance management, and employee development.Manage inventory, equipment, and facility maintenance.Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.Develop strategies to increase sales, profitability, and operational efficiency.Work closely with ownership and senior leadership to achieve business objectives.QualificationsMinimum of 4 years of management experience in a diesel repair, fleet maintenance, trucking, or heavy equipment environment.Strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy-duty truck repair, and maintenance operations.Proven leadership and team-building skills.Experience managing budgets, shop performance, and financial reporting.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.Valid driver's license required; CDL is a plus.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experiencePerformance-based bonus opportunitiesHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid vacation and holidaysRetirement plan with company matchCompany vehicle or vehicle allowance (if applicable)Apply TodayIf you're ready to lead a talented team and help drive the success of a growing diesel repair operation, we'd love to hear from you.
