    Description

    A Retail Branch Sales Manager is responsible for exceptional customer service and the maintenance of long-term profitable customer relationships through the sale of bank products and services. The Branch Sales Manager is expected to have thorough knowledge of bank systems, products, services, policies and applicable bank regulations. This position works closely with the Senior Branch Administrator to attain branch- and Bank- established goals.

    $10,000 Signing Bonus and Rich Incentive Plan offered

    Deposit Growth & Client Engagement

    • Drive branch deposit growth through direct sales efforts and team leadership
    • Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed deposit targets
    • Personally manage a portfolio of high-value, deposit client relationships
    • Participate actively in weekly pipeline calls to discuss opportunities and progress
    • Proactively connect with existing customers to establish, maintain and expand strong relationships by providing exceptional personalized customer service focusing on deposit retention
    • Generate referrals from existing customers
    • Develop centers of influence
    • Resolve and respond accurately to complex client service issues, complaints and escalated questions
    • Reach out to qualified prospects to introduce them to the Bank and provide referrals for other banking services such as business lending, treasury management, and merchant services

    • Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience identifying and implementing solutions
    • Ability to partner and engage with internal business partners
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and reprioritize as needed
    • Responsible for the strategic growth efforts and goals of the branch
    • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism in communication, attitude, and teamwork with customers, peers, and management
    • Maintains high standards of integrity and respect
    • · Foster a highly collaborative team environment including cross- departmental alignment

    Community Involvement

    • Actively participates in community development and provides service and support to local charities, chambers, and business partners
    • Participate in civic/community events and other opportunities for community engagement
    • Support the Bank’s Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives which includes encouraging branch staff to participate in these efforts
    • Become registered and licensed in the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS) as required by the S.A.F.E. Act
