Our Branch Sales Manage will lead team to develop and implement organizational strategies, policies, and practices that drive key organization results. Primary duties include overseeing, organizing, and coordinating sales strategies and resources to develop a culture of continuous improvement.

• Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. 8 to 10 years industry, sales, and management experience.
• Language Ability: Effective communication skills both verbally and in writing with individuals inside and outside of the company
• Math Ability: Advanced math skills
• Reasoning Ability: Effective independent decision making and problem-solving skills. Must be able to analyze interpret financial reports and data.
• Computer Skills: Proficient keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft office and other Company and discipline specific software applications
• Certificates and License: Valid Drivers’ license acceptable to Curtis Lumber standards
