Responsibilities:
Provide a high level of customer service through multiple service channels, as defined in the Service Promise.
Navigate customers to solutions that help them get the job done.
Drive sales growth by identifying leads for further selling opportunities with every customer.
Perform warehouse duties, including handling inbound and outbound freight and inventory management.
Work Relationships:
Report directly to the branch operations manager.
Interact daily with other branch team members and other internal business partners.
