Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support daily operations including order packing, shipping, inventory management, and customer interaction. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
This position includes a customer-facing component and requires experience with warehouse equipment and RF scanning systems.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pack, prepare, and ship outgoing orders
- Handle shipping processes, including coordination of Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) shipments
- Pick, stage, and process orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, reach trucks, and other powered industrial equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock integrity
- Assist customers and carriers during pickups and deliveries in a professional manner
- Perform data entry, print shipping labels, and track shipments using computer systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
- Support general warehouse duties and inventory control processes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 2 years of hands-on warehouse experience
- Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, and RF scanners
- Knowledge of shipping processes, including LTL shipments
- Basic computer skills for data entry and shipping systems
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to communicate effectively in a customer-facing setting
- Ability to perform physical work throughout the shift
