Responsibilities:

  • Supervise branch operation team to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations with emphasis on quality banking services.
  • Assist the Branch Manager to achieve the designated business targets through active formulation and implementation of business plans.
  • Optimize workflow of the supervised business routine, so as to enhance operating efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate, coordinate and work closely with relevant internal and external parties to enhance teamwork.
  • Develop long-term banking relationships with customers, identify existing and prospective customers needs of financial services.
  • Handle customers complaints, monitor the service quality and strive for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor branch operation to ensure full compliance with the Banks policies, related banking ordinances, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above, with qualifications in IIQE & HKSI.
  • At least 5 years relevant experience in banking, in which at least 1 year management experience.
  • Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Sound knowledge of banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficient in MS office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
