    Watford City Branch Manager

    Mountain Plains, LLC is seeking a driven and energetic candidate to join our leadership team! This position will offer expertise on a variety of internal and external areas of our operations.     Responsibilities:

    • Day-to-day operations in the Watford City, Branch Office

    • Manage and support Division Managers through leading weekly meetings and performance reviews

    • Weekly time review and project review

    • Plan, forecast, and execute branch employment needs and training

    • Client satisfaction, relations and sales

    • Look for and present strategic business development opportunities to leadership

    • Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic risks and opportunities

    • Execute approved business development initiatives

    • Equipment/vehicle/property maintenance and procurement

    • Monitor and collect accounts receivables

    • Represent Mountain Plains in community events

    • Ensure proper licenses and subscriptions are current

    • Office/shop supply procurement

    • Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration required, Master’s Degree is desired

    • High-level computer and technical skills

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    • Exudes strong leadership abilities & business acumen

    • Keen analytical & critical thinking skills

    • An ability to multitask, manage, and adapt to changing work environments
