Branch Manager, retail banking

Currently, we have a Retail Bank Branch Manager job opportunity with our client-Bank, a community-focused financial institution providing personalized banking, commercial lending, and treasury management solutions to businesses and consumers throughout California. Your specific duties will include: Overseeing the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and safety.

The Retail Bank Branch Manager is responsible for the specific duties listed below.

Your specific duties will include:

• Overseeing the administration and efficient daily operations of a full-service bank branch, including operations, client service, product sales, security, and safety.
• Hiring, training, developing, and coaching staff, as well as managing employee performance.
• Developing and executing strategic sales initiatives and relationship-building efforts to drive branch growth.
• Monitoring branch trends and ensuring overall branch profitability.
• Delivering exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-centric environment.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• Minimum of 7 years of overall branch banking experience, with at least 5 years in a branch management role.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing complex business and consumer accounts.
• Proven track record of sales success and documented branch growth.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in team building, employee development, and customer service excellence.
• Active involvement in local business and community organizations (e.g., Rotary Club, Chamber of Commerce).
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Notary Public certification preferred.

Pay Rate Range : $78,880 - $101,200 salary, plus commission

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
