The Platz Group in Boise is looking for a producing Branch Manager to oversee and expand our real estate office at 1065 S Allante Pl, Boise. This opportunity is well suited to an experienced real estate professional who brings proven leadership skills along with an active focus on sales production, client satisfaction, and business growth. In this role, you will cultivate a collaborative, results-driven office culture while helping agents and the team achieve continued success.
Originate and close residential mortgage loans with excellence and speed
Serve as the primary mortgage partner for our real estate sales team's leads
Collaborate closely with agents to convert, pre-approve, and close buyers
Build, grow, and eventually lead a branch or production pod
Maintain strong referral relationships with agents, builders, and partners
Deliver a best-in-class borrower experience from pre-approval to closing
Prior experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer (required)
Verifiable closed loan volume (recent production history required)
Active or eligible NMLS license
Strong understanding of purchase transactions (not just refi)
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful
High integrity, strong communication skills, and team-first mentality
