    POSITION TITLE: Branch Manager

    LOCATION: Port Lavaca, Texas

    SUMMARY:
    Oversee all Port Lavaca branch operations, including team leadership, project execution, safety, equipment, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. Drive branch growth and profitability by developing client relationships, improving operational efficiency, and leading the team toward company goals.

    DUTIES OR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Lead and oversee the overall Port Lavaca branch, including Hydroblasting, Vacuum Truck, Welding/Coating, Mechanical, and other industrial service lines.
    • Manage day-to-day branch operations to ensure safe, efficient, profitable, and compliant execution of all projects and services.
    • Recruit, lead, develop, and retain branch personnel, including operators, technicians, supervisors, and support staff. Foster a strong culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
    • Take ownership of branch performance, including revenue, profitability, labor utilization, equipment utilization, costs, and overall financial results. Identify opportunities to improve branch performance and growth.
    • Oversee scheduling, staffing, equipment, and resource allocation across multiple projects and service lines to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. Identify new business opportunities, support sales efforts, and help grow the branch's customer base and market presence.
    • Maintain a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA requirements, client requirements, and applicable industry regulations. Lead safety meetings and address concerns promptly.
    • Ensure projects and services consistently meet company and customer expectations. Monitor performance, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions when needed.
    • Oversee the maintenance, utilization, and readiness of branch equipment, trucks, and other assets to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency.
    • Maintain accurate operational and financial records, including project reports, labor and equipment utilization, safety documentation, maintenance records, and branch performance metrics. Provide regular updates to senior management.

    • Partner with corporate leadership, sales, recruiting, and other branches to support company-wide initiatives and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
    • Candidates must be willing to work onsite in Port Lavaca. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.


    EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5–7 years of experience in industrial services, field operations, or a related industry, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role. Experience overseeing multiple service lines, personnel, equipment, customers, and/or branch operations strongly preferred.
    • Experience with hydroblasting, vacuum truck, welding/coating, mechanical, or other industrial field services preferred.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Industrial Management, or a related field preferred.
    • Demonstrated experience managing teams, budgets, operational performance, and customer relationships.
    • Relevant safety and industry certifications, including OSHA-related training, are highly desirable.
