Branch Manager

A local bank in Paonia is confidentially seeking a Branch Manager to lead its staff and serve customers across the North Fork Valley and the Western Slope. The job blends team leadership, deposit and loan growth, and community involvement.

Responsibilities:

• Coach and lead branch staff to deliver great service
• Build deposit and loan balances through community relationships
• Make consumer and small business loans in the valley
• Manage branch operations, audits, and regulatory compliance
• Stay active in local organizations and events
• Look for ways to deepen relationships with existing customers

Qualifications:

• 3 or more years of community banking experience
• Supervisory or lending experience at a bank
• Understanding of branch operations and compliance rules
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
• Organized, steady, and goal driven
