Responsibilities

• Oversee or support daily branch operations and compliance

• Develop consumer and business banking relationships

• Drive deposit growth and local business outreach

• Identify lending and financial services opportunities

• Coach and develop branch employees

• Build community and referral relationships

• Support leadership succession and customer retention

• Collaborate with regional leadership

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Retail or community banking experience

• Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or Senior Personal Banker background

• Customer relationship and business development success

• Deposit product and branch operations knowledge

• Small-business banking experience preferred

• Leadership and coaching ability

• Hands-on, community-oriented working style

• Ability to satisfy applicable banking employment requirements

• Experience with established branch deposit portfolios
