TempExperts is partnering with an established in-home senior care company in the Tampa Bay area to hire a Branch Manager. You’ll own day-to-day operations and revenue growth for the branch, build strong referral partnerships across the local healthcare community, and lead the care and office teams. You’ll report to the owner or regional director.

What you’ll be doing
- Managing day-to-day operations and leading the care and office teams
- Building strategies to deliver high-quality client care while growing the business and keeping it financially healthy
- Developing referral partnerships with hospitals, senior living communities (independent, assisted, memory care and skilled nursing), rehab centers, hospice, home health, physician practices, the VA and other healthcare providers
- Generating new leads through face-to-face meetings, networking and digital marketing
- Overseeing the branch’s digital marketing efforts
- Tracking KPIs and preparing weekly activity reports
- Building a strong onboarding experience for new clients, including caregiver introductions, first-day check-ins and a visit within the first 90 days
- Partnering with ownership on coaching and training staff, customer service, and client and caregiver management
- Making sure the branch follows all federal, state and local regulations
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in home care, home health or healthcare operations (strongly preferred)
- A bachelor’s degree, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
- A proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team to hit goals
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to win buy-in from referral partners
- Excellent communication and follow-up with prospects, referral sources and partners
- Exposure to digital marketing
- Strong organization, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize as things change
- A proactive, results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently
- Familiarity with the Tampa Bay healthcare and senior living community (a plus)
