Branch Manager Responsibilities:
Coordinate and lead retail employees and Branch operations
Maintain a presence in the community through involvement
Hire, train, coach, and mentor staff
Work to meet strategic objectives and profitability goals
Requirements:
At least three years of financial supervisory experience
Associate's or Bachelor's Degree desired
Strong sales and leadership acumen
Professional communication skills both verbal and written
