As our Branch Manager, you'll develop people, build relationships, and create an experience that keeps members coming back.

Some people manage a branch. Others build trust, develop people, and strengthen a community.

What You'll Be Building

This role includes the leadership and operational responsibilities you'd expect from a Branch Manager, but the impact goes well beyond managing daily activity. You'll: 

• Build and develop a high-performing team through coaching, feedback, and accountability.

• Strengthen member relationships by helping employees uncover needs and provide meaningful financial solutions.

• Create a branch culture that balances service, growth, and employee development.

• Develop relationships with local businesses, community leaders and organizations.

• Lead branch operations with a focus on accuracy, security, compliance, and efficiency.

• Help employees adapt to new products, services, technology, and evolving member needs.
