Branch Manager – Light Industrial Staffing - McDonough, GA

Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the growth and performance of their McDonough location. This role is responsible for driving profitable branch operations through strong client relationships, operational execution, and team leadership. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day performance, ensure high-quality service delivery, and build a scalable, high-performing team.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to drive retention, account growth, and new business opportunities.
  • Act as a consultative partner by understanding client needs and delivering effective staffing solutions. 
  • Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and identify growth opportunities. 
  • Own branch performance, including recruiting productivity, gross profit, and expense control.
  • Oversee recruiting efforts to ensure a strong talent pipeline aligned with client demand.
  • Ensure service delivery meets client expectations, including fill rates and overall satisfaction. 
  • Lead, coach, and develop branch staff while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service execution.
  • Support credit and collections efforts through strong client relationships.
  • Stay informed on market trends and competitive activity to drive business growth.


What You’ll Need
  • Experience in staffing, ideally within light industrial or high-volume environments.
  • Proven leadership ability with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Track record of driving revenue and managing a profitable operation. 
  • Strong consultative sales and client relationship skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
